Located at the corner of Manningham Road & Robert Street Bulleen, the irregularly shaped sloping site presented a very unique challenge. Working closely with the developer, Desyne Developments unlocked the site by creating 22 no. efficiently designed apartments. The design proposal received council approval in late 2014 and currently in marketing phase.
